Which corrosion protection system fits your asset?
Start with the exposure and geometry. Zhuohuang matches the primary corrosion barrier, filling materials and outer protection as a complete build-up, then checks temperature, surface preparation and maintenance access.

Six application areas
These systems are chosen where a coating cannot be applied or cannot survive: complex geometry, surfaces that cannot be dried, assets that cannot be shut down, and details where film thickness cannot be controlled.

Storage Tank Base and Annular Plate
The shell-to-foundation joint is the shortest-lived detail on an above-ground tank — and hot work is normally not permitted.

Valves, Flanges and Buried Fittings
Film thickness cannot be controlled around a bolt head, and crevices between mating faces stay wet.

Buried Pipeline and Field Joints
Pipelines fail at the joints and the repairs, not in the mill-applied coating. Soil stress then works on whatever was applied.

Marine Steel, Piles and Splash Zone
Below the waterline the surface cannot be dried, so conventional coating systems cannot be applied at all.

Above-Ground Pipework and Structural Steel
Plant steel corrodes locally, not uniformly — at supports, fittings and bolted connections, where recoating means a shutdown.

Coastal Steel and Bolted Connections
Salt-laden air and wet–dry cycling concentrate corrosion at anchor bolts, base plates, gussets and other irregular connection details.
