A permanently non-curing viscoelastic polymer that cold-flows into the surface profile and re-seals itself. Selected for pipeline rehabilitation, complex geometry, locally failed 3PE or FBE coating, and wherever cathodic protection compatibility and zero VOC are required.

Independently measured on the viscoelastic tape (report CTG2410221378A_SR180AC, Shenzhen Third-Party Testing Technology, 11 October 2024): peel strength to steel at 23 °C 9.9 N/cm against a ≥ 2 N/cm requirement; adhesive coverage on steel and PE 100 % at −45 / 23 / 70 °C; water absorption 0.018 % against ≤ 0.03 %; no sag after 48 h at 90 °C. Installed-system specimens with a heat-shrink outer sleeve withstood a 15 J impact with no holiday at 15 kV.
